I'm a sucker for salted caramel, especially when it's done right. This? This is beautifully balanced for salty sweetness combined with the rich chocolate. Its one of the few DIY drinks I can drink with cold tap water, with ice, fresh from the fridge, or even at room temp. I hope Madrinas never vaults this or I may end up crying into my empty pot waiting for a special (looking at you, Peppermint Mocha!)
